Clinical Excellence
and
Evidence-Based Wellbeing.
The term solidarity in Solidarity Psychology denotes a therapeutic value that aims to promote – in therapy – trust, connectedness, recognition, acceptance, unity and supportive change.
It fosters and prioritises a safe environment for us to work together, towards what you want to achieve in terms of your mental health and wellbeing. It also reflects the principle that your wellbeing is important to us all.
